The positive thing … The positive thing is that Phase 1 wont last forever and then you can add more into your diet. Just think of it as a challenge and you can do it! Make it fun! You will do fine! Have you tried a fruit smoothie? Try 3/4 cup of orange juice and whatever fruit you like with a few ice cubes. If it’s too sore tasting…you can add a natural herb sweetener like Truvia or PureVia!
