eat natural food, nothing processed, steamed veggies,
grilled meat, fish.. WATER!

		<description>I think the best thing to do is moderate your diet in a way that combines the two diet. I like Glycemic index better because it is more specific. But, chances are you are going to want to allow yourself some flexibility so you don&#039;t get cravings and ruin your diet.
